List of Exercises During a consult I test how many minutes of exercise your body will need and for how many times each week. This recommendation seems to pulse up and down as the body heals. I think it's building up to detox, then it needs some movement to help detox and keep it healthy. I've also noticed that the Eat Right 4 Your Type recommendations for the different blood types seems to work well for most people. So, Blood Type O people need some pretty aerobic exercise for their bodies to help calm their nervous system and help them to sleep and Blood Type A people do best with martial arts exercises. For them, aerobic strenuous, long-sessions of exercise just fries their nervous system and they get more exhausted. So, I developed a list of exercises. When people ask me what the best exercise is for them I can test it out for them. Here it is:
