Causes of Common FOOD CRAVINGS:

Acid or sour- Body is full of toxins

Alcohol- Imbalanced brain chemicals or mineral deficiencies

Baked goods- yeast, wheat allergy, emotional, lack of love

Beef- Body low in phosphorus
