Attracting the Perfect Customer

 

 

Most of us know what we DON'T want in a customer, but wouldn't it be more effective to know what we DO want? Also, how much we are willing to give to the people who we love and to who help us pay our bills...and even the sales people we associate with.

 

Well, whatever you think about is what you create. Here's my personal list. I hope it triggers some processing for you and ideas as to what you want to accomplish for YOUR business.

My Perfect Client:

 

Uses quality supplements

Follows through with recommendations

Asks necessary clarifying questions to make the treatment work

Calls if there is a problem

Pays for my services with a smile

Is appreciative--says thank you or writes a thank you note

Refers other perfect clients to me

Sticks with the protocol we have worked out as a team

Has a healing team that is congruent

Is open to new ideas

Eats their fruits and vegetables

Blends with my energy

They respect and value both my time and their own time

Trusts that I have their best interest at heart

Has realistic expectations

Appreciates my efforts

Understands that I work for them behind the scenes

Happily pays for services/products required for the treatment protocol

Makes me feel needed, appreciated, and of service

Immediate sense of connection w/ the client

After the exam I feel I have even more energy

Makes me feel like I am an answer to prayer

Makes me feel like I want to do more for them

Attends to distractions so I can give them my full concentration

My perfect customer seeks ME out

Allows me to keep normal office hours

Respect my days off and are happy with my hours of business

Rarely, if ever, reschedules appointments

My clients support my personal mission statement

Money is a natural by-product of staying true to the mission

Strive to live balanced lives

Are drawn to me knowing that I have one of the keys to their health

Feels free to consult other members on their team if I am not here

Laughs with me and has a good time while we visit about health

Supports alternative medicine in many ways

Open to co-op advertising to cross market our businesses

Listens to their body

Gives credit to the alternative treatment where it is due

Is specific with feedback and has constructive recommendations

Discusses one case/visit so I can focus my efforts completely

Occasionally responds to treatment modalities in a dramatic way

Supports me residually through other multiple streams of income

Makes appointments for rechecks and keeps them

Asks for referrals when I have completed my job with them

My perfect customers come from all different religious backgrounds

My perfect customers are on time for their appointments

They are the decision makers for their own health

They are intelligent and demonstrate good common sense

They plan ahead and let me know when they are low on supplements

They make contributions to our community and our world

They enjoy paying me my full fee, on time and up front

They are peaceful, calm, tactful, and kind

They want me to be successful and to make a profit

They subscribe to my daily Hot Health Tips via email

They live all over the United States

Are open to phone consultations when they can't see me in person

They have clarity and focus about health and life balance

They have the same value system and work ethics as myself

They praise us to anyone and everyone

They find ways to encourage us to be the best we can be

They challenge us to expand our capacities

My clients have abundant resources or are open to receiving them

They use their resources to make a difference for humanity

They give my name to businesses for contract work

They have moved from being victims to taking responsibility for life

They are committed to personal growth and development of themselves

They look for innovative ways to market their own talents

They see the value of teamwork

They make decisions quickly and stick with a plan for 1-3 months

They communicate with me in a straightforward manner

They strive to live life to their full potential

 

What I want my clients to expect from me.

Ask clarifying questions

Choose healing modalities that fit into their lifestyle

Check on their progress

Empower them to live a fantastic life

Open new doors to understanding and perspective

Keep studying and learning new healing modalities

Appreciate them sharing knowledge/techniques with me

Mail supplements/herbs/product out in a timely manner

Process phone or email requests within 48 hours

Expect miracles. Make miracles happen

Pray for them and direct healing energy their way

I refer to them because I believe in them

Let's me tell them when I can't do any more for them

Knows that my suggestions for other healers will fit them

Draws out the gifts they are to accomplish for the universe
